Packaging warehouse offers you a huge selection of different pouch types - with free and fixed formats, up to 8 materials and a variety of options such as pressure seal or Euro hole. With their reliable barrier, stand-up pouches and flat pouches offer ideal aroma protection, are food-safe, odorless and tasteless, and ensure long-lasting freshness of the contents. This benefits not only foods such as coffee, dried fruits, nuts and spices, but also pastes, liquids, hygiene products and cleaning agents. The contents of the packaging are effectively protected from light, moisture and UV radiation and remain fresh for longer even after opening thanks to a resealable zipper.
You can add each of these elements individually when ordering in the configurator and combine them with others as desired. A classic example is the combination of a tear-off flap with a zipper. This makes opening easier and the packaging can be resealed - ideal for products and fill quantities that are not always used immediately after opening.

The big difference between the two materials is their composition. While monomaterials, as the name suggests, consist of only one substance, composite materials combine several substances. For this reason, monomaterials are easier to recycle than composites, which combine properties of several materials in one package and are therefore more difficult to recycle. Both variants have a particularly good barrier to oxygen, water vapor and flavor loss.
We manufacture our Doypacks exclusively from high-quality materials - from natural or kraft paper to monofoils and a film composite. Thanks to the reliable protection against moisture, oxygen, dirt and other influences as well as the very high barrier, the stand-up pouches from packaging warehouse are perfectly suited as packaging for food, fitness products or products from the pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors.
You can design the free as well as the fixed formats yourself and configure them according to your ideas. For example, you determine whether your stand-up pouch should be produced with or without a tear-off tab and suspension. You also determine the material and the printing - even the production time. You can choose between Economy (14 working days production time) and Express (10 working days production time).
Our flat and stand-up pouches are digitally printed for color and lettering. This enables us to achieve a particularly high-quality print image with rich colors and sharp outlines. Digital printing is characterized by a particularly low time and cost effort, which is particularly effective for small and medium-sized print runs.

If you are looking for a pouch that has a real standing even without a bottom, you should choose the flat pouches from packaging warehouse. They offer you all the materials and options of the Doypack, but are more sustainable due to 20% material savings and also save space during transport and storage. You can configure them freely in the frame from 80 - 500 mm length and 120 - 380 mm height or choose from the following standard dimensions:
To perfectly showcase your flat pouches, you can have them printed on both sides in your design and with all the information about your product. With a perforation or a Euro hole, they are optimally suited for sales displays throughout Europe.
Stand-up pouches, also called doypacks, are equipped with a bottom surface whose design ensures a safe as well as upright stand. This means that the handy pouches can be sorted and presented without any problems, even on shelves without a hanging device.
Flat pouches, on the other hand, do not have a bottom, but are extremely space-saving and perfect for presentation at the point of sale - especially when hanging. In addition, you can choose between round holes or Euro holes.
Like all packaging, pouches primarily serve to protect goods from external influences. What makes our pouches special, however, is their versatility. Capsules, powders and granules are just as safely packaged in them as pastes and liquids.
Lightweight and versatile
Compared to other packaging, stand-up and flat pouches require up to 95 percent less material in production - for the same amount of packaging content. This is environmentally friendly, reduces storage and transport costs (even for filled pouches), and ensures lower duties and taxes, such as for the packaging license. And the excellent barrier function makes the plastic and paper pouches extremely versatile:

Configuration and print
Pouch packaging comes in different shapes and sizes. In addition to the pouch shape (stand-up pouch/doypack or flat pouch), our intelligent configurator offers you several other design options for your desired packaging.The formats
In terms of pouch size, for example, you can choose one of five standard formats or, if desired, a free format. Our fixed standard formats include the following dimensions:
Stand-up pouches:
min. 110 x 70 x 185 mm
max. 210 x 110 x 265 mm
Flat pouches:

max. 290 x 340 mm
For pouch packaging in a smaller, larger or a format deviating from the standard sizes, you can also conveniently and easily send us the desired dimensions via our online configurator.
Note: As standard, our free format doypacks are equipped with a so-called K-bottom. This has sealing seams that are particularly space-saving. This provides more space for larger fill quantities. This does not result in additional costs.
The options

The materials
The material plays a particularly important role in the configuration and design of your pouches. This is because it has a major influence on the properties that will later characterize your flat or stand-up pouches.
Many factors play a role in material selection, including the specific barrier properties of the material in question, its look and feel, and the aspect of recycling and sustainability.
To find the best material for you and your product, our configurator gives you the choice between various mono and composite materials with different compositions, properties and characteristics.
What is the difference between composite and monomaterials?

Stand-up pouch with viewing window
With a transparent viewing window, you give your customers a glimpse of the inside of your packaging - so they can convince themselves of the quality of the goods before they buy. To take full advantage of this effect, you should select a transparent material with a glossy surface for a highly transparent window in the configurator.At packaging warehouse, we produce extra clear and transparent viewing windows that the often milky windows of our competitors can not compete with. A viewing window that is completely transparent convinces customers in several ways: it strengthens trust in the brand and at the same time prevents a wrong purchase.
The basic requirement for an absolutely transparent viewing window is the selection of a glossy and transparent material for your stand-up pouch, which we offer as composite PET/EVOH/PE film and monofilm. When designing the pouches, please note that all surfaces must be covered with opaque white - except for the area where the viewing window will be later. Thanks to the reliable protection against moisture, oxygen, dirt and other influences as well as the very high barrier, the stand-up pouches from packaging warehouse are perfectly suited as packaging for food, fitness products or products from the pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors.

A look into the production
You can design the free as well as the fixed formats yourself and configure them according to your ideas. For example, you determine whether your stand-up pouch should be produced with or without a tear-off tab and suspension. You also determine the material and the printing - even the production time. You can choose between Economy (14 working days production time) and Express (10 working days production time).
We use a special process technology for the production of a pouch packaging. Starting with two material webs, the colored print is always applied to the inside of the film composite. The outer web is transparent, with the printing here on the reverse side.
When the two webs are bonded (laminated), the printing ink is trapped between the two webs. This prevents contamination of the pouch contents and migration through the material from the very beginning. Positive side effect: The imprint is optimally protected and is not exposed to external influences. In combination with features such as a zipper, hangers and tear tabs, your goods can also be optimally presented at any POS.
We print digital
Our flat and stand-up pouches are digitally printed for color and lettering. This enables us to achieve a particularly high-quality print image with rich colors and sharp outlines. Digital printing is characterized by a particularly low time and cost effort, which is particularly effective for small and medium-sized print runs.
The reason for this is that digital printing eliminates some intermediate steps, such as the production of printing plates and similar auxiliary materials. This allows us to produce particularly quickly and to shorten delivery times.
Unlike conventional printing methods, the ink is not applied with rollers or plates, but in an electrophotographic process. This is in absolutely no way inferior to other printing techniques in terms of quality.
Digital printing even offers other advantages, including the ability to personalize the print substrate, for example. This means that our stand-up pouches and flat pouches can be printed with varying motifs, Euroscale colors and codes within a single series - and without any time-consuming breaks.

STAND-UP POUCH WELDING
With our sealing machine for doypacks, stand-up pouches and flat pouches you can seal up to 20 pouches per minute and protect your products from moisture, oxygen and other influences. The machine is a semi-automatic sealing machine with variable temperature setting.
The machine is suitable for many different materials such as plastic (PE / PP / PET) and paper with barrier coating (PE / sealing varnishes). All our materials can be easily sealed with a temperature of 160-200°. Features: - 20 pouches / minute - Variable MHD embossing tool (additional tool included) - Emergency stop function. The device is suitable for small to medium sized runs and is particularly easy to operate.

It is often not easy to find the right packaging for a product online - especially stand-up pouches come in many different formats, material combinations and sizes. At packaging warehouse, this can't happen to you - we have divided our stand-up pouches and flat pouches into different sections that are tailored exactly to the needs of our customers.Fixed formats
A large selection is one thing - finding the right packaging quickly and easily is another. At packaging warehouse, there are five variants of stand-up pouches in fixed formats, with fill volumes ranging from 250 ml to 1500 ml.
So if you know from the start that your Doypack should have a filling weight of 500 ml and a height of 140 mm, a standard format is just right for you.

As with the stand-up pouches in fixed formats, you can also choose from eight materials for the free formats and configure your Doypacks with tear-off flap, zipper and perforation. We print your product design with the 4-color Euroscale, with transparent and metallized foil with the 4-color Euroscale + white, so that the colors are also shown to their best advantage.
Of course you can also order your pouches unprinted and put a fancy label on them - for this we offer you a wide range of printed and unprinted labels.
